DEFENDEREMOS NUESTROS LEGÍTIMOS DERECHOS
Algunos de los candidatos y votantes de nuestra candidatura se sienten indignados y ninguneados al saber que sus votos, que fueron enviados de acuerdo con la normativa electoral y con legitimaciones notariales legales, no han entrado en las urnas.
Hemos sabido que, además de los recursos que esta candidatura está preparando, algunos votantes y candidatos a titulo particular han iniciado diversas acciones para defender sus derechos, entre las que destacamos:
Carta personal dirigida a la Presidenta de la Junta de Andalucía Doña Susana Díaz, informándole de la caótica situación creada con las elecciones y pidiéndole su intervención personal ante las irregularidades que estamos teniendo con el proceso electoral, y particularmente por la presunta falta de imparcialidad demostrada por algunos funcionarios de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.Denuncia sobre presunta prevaricación de un alto funcionario de la Consejería cuya actuación en el proceso está resultando decisiva en favor de la candidatura oficial y su presunto interés en el continuismo de los mismos.Contactos con los medios de información autonómicos y nacionales para que tengan conocimiento de todos los pormenores de este proceso electoral accidentado y bochornoso, con la intervención política en el mismo.
Notarios, abogados y votantes consultados NO PUEDEN ENTENDER la decisión tomada por la Mesa Electoral Autonómica de separar más de 400 votos con legitimaciones notariales legales, así como la de la Comisión Electoral autonómica de haberse inhibido de esta injusticia y publicar la proclamación provisional de asambleístas sin haber ni siquiera considerado las impugnaciones presentadas ante la Mesa Electoral.
La Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deporte es la principal responsable en este momento de que la finalización del proceso electoral se lleve a cabo con absoluta justicia e independencia, estudiando las impugnaciones presentadas con arreglo a derecho y tomando sus decisiones sin ningún condicionante político. Es justicia que pedimos los que, a pesar de las dificultades y situación de desventaja que estamos teniendo durante casi dos años, reclamamos y exigimos unas elecciones limpias y democráticas.
LA PRENSA EUROPEA EMPIEZA A HACERSE ECO DE LAS ELECCIONES FEDERATIVAS.

"Brief Report from the three elections to RFAG
There has been cheating, irregularities, fabrication of votes and political manupulations at the three elections to the Andalucian Golf Federation (RFAG). You would not believe that this could happened among golfers!
At the first election 2012, which was held at Guadalmina Golf Club, there were very bad control of the voting papers over night and it was suspected that there were manipulations done. The election was made non valid by the Junta de Andalucia.
At the second attempt (in June 2013) people from the de la Riva list tried to introduce 800 votes with License certificates (instead of the stipulated License cards) issued by the RFAG into the ballot box. Many of those persons didn´t know that they had voted.
Furthermore around 60 false votes using names from Guadalmina members were revealed. Signatures, license cards, IDs were fabricated and some had genuine IDs. 43 of these fabricated votes (not mailed in by the Reviriego/Heredia team) have now been sent by the Junta Andalucia to a court in Malaga for further investigation and prosecution.
Despite that the Reviriego/Heredia list won by 540 votes, the Junta de Andalucia decided on very suspicious ground to cancel the second attempt and call a third election with new voting rules. This decision has been appealed by Reviriego/Heredia and there is no decision yet regarding the appeal.
At the third attempt (November 2013) Junta de Andalucia introduced new rules regarding the mail votes, where you could vote via certificate from a Notary.
Also this time the list from Reviriego/Heredia got a majority by 350 votes (total votes 2300). However, the de la Riva people has so far succeded to get 420 votes for Reviriego/Heredia not valid due to they claim that the certificate from the Notary is not OK. However, there are 5 different wordings accepted by the Notaries to certify a person, so this is only another political manipulation.
This nonsense decision will be appealed to several authorities and in the end it will go to court.
The Andalucian president, Susana Diaz, who said she will fight corruption, is well informed about all those political manipulations.
At the vote counting in Malaga, Roger Hughes from Guadalmina, was the president. He had to call in the police to get an abusive and threatning obsever out of the voting room. In the end Roger and the secretary from Cadiz resigned due to all abuse from observers from the de la Riva list".
